  Slum lord. As you can see, he got a few of his friends to post positive reviews.
  
  Refused to perform necessary repairs, came to my house and screamed at me because there was a pile of dryer lint next to the dryer in an otherwise spotless house. Threatened me with the police when I asked him to leave. Very abusive and bigoted man. Has a provision in his contract that it's a lease violation to decorate the house, so the moment you hang curtains you've broken the lease. Do not rent from this creep.
